For a 100% refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance by email only at hola@treeptours.com.
Last-minute changes (up to 3 hours before the tour) can only be rescheduled by email and are subject to availability.
In case of emergency cancellation, a 40% charge applies. No-shows are charged 100% as your spot will already be secured.
For private tours and packages, once confirmed, the total cost does not change if the number of participants decreases, since logistics and providers are already arranged.
TREEP carefully selects its food partners and prioritizes clean and safe options, but we cannot be held responsible for illness or adverse reactions. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 3 days in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

We understand that time can be tricky while traveling. You have a 15-minute grace period. If you're late, don't worry; we'll let you know our current location so you can catch up with us.
