For a 100% refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance by email only at hola@treeptours.com. Last-minute changes (up to 3 hours before the tour) can only be rescheduled by email and are subject to availability. In case of emergency cancellation, a 40% charge applies. No-shows are charged 100% as your spot will already be secured.
