Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes made at least 72 hours before the tour, we offer a 100% refund. For last-minute changes (e.g illness), notified 24 hours in advance, we provide a 50% refund. No refunds are available for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your tour if possible. Tours require a minimum of 2 participants; if the minimum isn’t met, we’ll contact you to offer rescheduling or a refund. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the tour via a payment link or in cash (this helps us pay directly at the street food stalls, supporting local vendors and ensuring a smooth experience).
